WASHINGTON COUNTY ACTION NIGHT! Tuesday April 5 6-8 pm Kellogg-Hubbard Library Main St., Montpelier
Help protect Vermont Family Farmers from GMO liability! From 6-7 pm, attendees will receive a legislative update on the Farmer Protection Act and then an opportunity write letters to representatives and the editor in support of the bill. From 7-8 pm we will discuss/brainstorm additional opportunities for Washington County residents to support the bill.

RUTLAND COUNTY COMMUNITY FOOD FORUM AND FESTIVAL APRIL 9, 2005 12:30-3:30 PM RUTLAND FREE LIBRARY
The event will feature fun and educational activities for children, as well as food, vendors, and a distinguished panel of experts in genetic science, environmental law, agriculture, religion, and commerce to discuss genetically modified foods and food choice. Additional event highlights include a magic show at 1 and 2 p.m., arts and crafts, music, raffle and silent auction.
